Robert and Lena Shell Medical Outpatient Pavilion

Located on the Health Sciences campus of Cabell Huntington Hospital and Marshall University Medical Center, the Robert and Lena Shell Medical Pavilion is a state-of-the-art outpatient facility. Opened in 2024, the five-story, 80,000-square-foot pavilion offers convenient access to a range of specialty care clinics and services. 

Named in honor of long-time Huntington businessman Robert "Bob" Shell and his wife, Lena Shell, the newest addition to the campus recognizes the significant contributions of the Shell family to the community and their commitment to advancing health care.

 

Services & Amenities

       CHH Breast Health Center (Ground Floor)

  • Mammograms and breast ultrasounds are performed on-site.
  • Appointments are available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Mondays; 7:15 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays; and 7:15 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays.

·         CHH Neurophysiology Lab (Third Floor)

  • Call 304.691.1787 to learn more about the specialized epilepsy evaluation, treatment and care available through the Neurophysiology Lab.

·         Laboratory services (Ground Floor)

  • Open 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.
  • Upon arrival, patients should check in at the registration desk. The laboratory is conveniently located beyond the waiting area. To ensure a smooth process, patients are reminded to bring their required paperwork, which should be presented to the clerk for further instructions.

  • Diagnoses and treats conditions such as celiac disease, Crohn's disease, gallstones, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), pancreatitis, ulcerative colitis

  • Marshall Neurology is pleased to offer the region state-of-the-art care for all neurologic conditions, including epilepsy, MS, stroke and headache management. These specialists treat patients of all ages, both pediatric and adult.

Parking

The Cabell Huntington Hospital parking garage offers second-floor access to the Pavilion via a covered walkway. Additional parking is available in the parking lot. 

A covered canopy provides a convenient area for patient drop-off and pick-up. 

Shuttle service is also available, with call boxes provided for complimentary pick-up. To request a courtesy shuttle, call 304.544.RIDE.
